   1.   e4 d5 {The Scandinavian is seen very often at club level} 2. Nc3 dxe4 {Of   course this move is fine, Black can also gain a tempo by playing d4} 3. Nxe4   Qd5 4. d3 {Secures the Knight, a funny move would have been Nc3, and we are   back to the main line 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3} Bf5 5. c4 Qe6 6. Qa4+ c6 7.   c5 {This is probably a pawn move too far, better was developing a piece with   Be3 or Nf3} Nf6 8. f3 {White has a problem that his King is a long way from   being castled} Nd5 {It is better, in general, not to move the same piece twice,   Nbd7 was to be preferred} 9. g4 Bg6 {After a very unusual opening from both   players we have reached an interesting and fairly level position} 10. h4 {   Very aggressive but also double edged as the White King is in more danger than   his opposite number} h5 {Very nice, Black attacks the light squares} 11. Bh3   hxg4 12. Bxg4 f5 {forking two pieces but White pins the f pawn, so if he plays   Bh3 his Knight is safe for now} 13. h5 fxg4 {Winning a piece as the h pawn is   pinned} 14. Kf2 Qf5 15. Ng3 {A move with 2 purposes, attacking the Queen and   defending the Rook on h1} Qxd3 16. hxg6 Rxh1 17. Nxh1 {In this wild position   White is only a pawn down, but his King safety is looking very dubious} e5 {   Taking space and freeing the Bishop to attack c5} 18. Kg3 {Sidestepping the   Bishop check but Qxg4 was better} Nf6 19. Nf2 Nh5+ 20. Kh4 Qxg6 21. Qxg4 {   White has made some progress, his King is active and is nearly developed} Qxg4+   22. Nxg4 Nf6 23. Nxe5 Bxc5 {Black remains a pawn up but White is still fighting   } 24. Bg5 Nbd7 25. Re1 {Just a blunder, after Nd3 Black would have to work   hard to collect the full point} Bf2+ 0-1
